How do we raise nutrient rich meat for you?
A fresh, clean paddock of forages & grass is provided to cows and calves daily during the growing season.
Free choice sea minerals, mineral water, apple cider vinegar, & sodium bicarbonate are their supplements so the cows can balance their needs
Animals in our breeding & feeding program are FREE of antibiotics, dewormer, and vaccines.
Calves stay with their mommas until 9-10 months of age for proper rumen development=greater ability to absorb nutrients.
Calves, in the feeding program, never leave the ranch, decreasing circulating stress hormones from change.
We are “birth to butcher”.
Pasture, fresh air, clean water, and sunshine are home for our animals 365 days of the year.

Variety is nature's bounty working as a checks and balances like system. When we look out across a pasture and see thistles, we do not see weeds but instead see nature bringing minerals from deeper in the soil to the grass above. Charles Walters' book, Weeds-Control Without Poison, was the first book I read on our path of regenerative farming. I was fascinated how weeds were an above ground look at the soil's needs. Isn't it AMAZING that nature provides what it needs to heal. We were hooked on working with nature not against from that point forward.
